Document Retention

IP, Inc. strongly recommended that you keep copies of all documents for your own records. Inventor Process, Inc. will endeavor to retain documents that are related to your purchase of services for six months after the purchased services are completed but makes not guarantee that such retention will occur. Please note that this applies to any documents, materials or information (electronic or hardcopy) that you may provide to Inventor Process, Inc. as well as any documents, materials or information (electronic or hardcopy) that Inventor Process, Inc. produced on your Invention. Physical prototypes and/or samples which you may have submitted will be retained for a period of approximately 30 days after the completion of services, and returned to you only at your request and expense. Your request for return of prototypes must be accompanied with the appropriate postage for such return. If said request and/or postage are not received within 30 days of service completion the prototypes and/or samples will be discarded and you agree to hold Inventor Process, Inc. completely harmless in regards to said disposal.
